Our role is to challenge assumptions, bring market clarity, and ensure every hiring decision is intentional. We are now looking for a Sales manager & Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing and inspiring team.

The role This is a full 360 position where you will own the entire recruitment cycle: Develop and manage your own client portfolio (business development included) Define search strategy and hiring approach with clients Map markets and identify top talent across Europe Close candidates and manage offer processes end-to-end Act as a strategic advisor on hiring decisions, not just an executor You will operate across Spain, France, and broader European markets, with international scale-ups and high-growth organisations.
