IT Systems & Innovation Assistant (m/f/d)

to join the IT Department in

Barcelona or Valencia .

Your Responsibilities

Provide technical support and resolve software, hardware, and system-related issues for internal users.

Analyze and improve IT processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Manage COSCO and local systems, including user administration, database maintenance, and incident resolution.

Perform system administration tasks such as server maintenance, software installation, and security updates.

Coordinate with external providers, including support for EDI messaging and system integrations.

Support the planning, implementation,



and optimization of local and global IT projects.

Monitor and maintain cybersecurity requirements, ensuring compliance and system security.

Drive digital transformation through AI solutions, automation, and Microsoft 365 / Power Platform initiatives.

Your Profile

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Solid IT knowledge, experience in the implementation of new systems and in support solutions.

Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven approach.

Knowledge of logistics business processes is considered a plus.

English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent.
