Yousign is seeking a Technical Success Manager to be the first in the Italy region, acting as the main technical contact after the sale for mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will guide onboarding, ensure adoption, and collaborate with Account Managers to expand customer value.
You will work with product and engineering on adoption metrics and new features, while building long-term, trust-based relationships with customers across Europe, including Barcelona and Paris profiles.
