Determine which proposed route is preferred and best to implement. Monitor processes and take responsibility when deviations occur. Calculate and manage driving hours, working hours and distances in compliance with driving‑hours law.

Provide updated instructions to drivers or carriers. Search and plan return transports for trailers. Inform stakeholders efficiently and collaboratively. Spend approximately 40% of time on planning and routing, 50% on communication via e‑mail, phone, Teams, and scheduling system, and 10% on meetings and continuous‑improvement collaboration.

Qualifications

Transport or Logistics degree (an added value); no prior planning experience required – training provided. Comfortable in an office environment and proficient with computers and systems such as planning tools, ERP and Microsoft Office. Strong communicator who speaks Spanish and handles English well.

The Department & Onboarding The team of about twelve individuals handles daily planning of our full truck loads. A buddy program and a dedicated partner guide you through the departments and product groups.
