Working alongside the Communications Department: Support the implementation of the company's internal and external communication strategy.

Draft, edit and proofread content for a variety of communication channels.

Update and maintain the corporate website and other digital platforms.

Create, schedule and monitor content for the company's social media channels.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal newsletters, announcements and communication campaigns.

Support the organisation and coordination of corporate events, trade fairs, conferences and internal activities.

Coordinate the production of promotional materials and corporate merchandise.

Liaise with external suppliers, including designers, printers, photographers, videographers and other communication service providers.

Maintain and update corporate communication materials, including presentations, brochures and marketing collateral.

Ensure consistent application of the company's corporate identity and brand guidelines across all communication materials.

Maintain the department's library of images, videos and communication assets.

Monitor communication and social media performance, preparing reports and analysing key metrics.

Support employer branding, corporate branding and communication projects.

Provide administrative support to the Communications Department, including budget tracking, purchase orders and invoice processing.





Assist in the development of presentations for senior management and corporate meetings. What we expect from you:

FP superior in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a communications, marketing or corporate communications role.

English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken).

Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Experience using graphic design software (e.g.

Adobe Creative

Suite, Canva or similar).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.
