Responsibilities Join THOST Project Management and play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale industrial construction programme.
Develop, maintain and continuously improve the schedules for the assigned Construction packages, ensuring alignment with project execution strategies and programme objectives.
Review contractor schedules, monitor progress and challenge scheduling assumptions where necessary to ensure realistic and achievable delivery plans.
Analyse schedule performance, critical paths, milestone status and recovery scenarios to support construction management and project management decision-making.
Coordinate scheduling interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, commissioning and other project stakeholders.
Support weekly and monthly scheduling meetings, providing clear schedule analyses and recommendations.
Identify scheduling risks, delays and opportunities, supporting the development of practical recovery strategies.
Work closely with the IMS Scheduling Specialist to ensure alignment between package schedules and the Client Integrated Master Schedule.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil, Industrial,
Mechanical or equivalent Engineering discipline.
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling within large EPC, industrial or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing construction schedules for complex building or infrastructure packages.
Experience working with EPC Contractors in industrial construction environments.
Previous experience in automotive, battery manufacturing, logistics, energy or similar industrial projects is considered an advantage.
Familiarity with FIDIC contract environments is desirable.
English and Spanish — Professional working proficiency (mandatory), German — Advantageous.
