Role Legal Counsel at a integral tech company building products for Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors.

Responsibilities

Draft & review diverse agreements such as Marketing Agreements, License Agreements, SPAs, and T&C.;

Negotiate contracts for technology platforms, payment solutions (PSPs), banking partners, and B2B integrations.

Lead advanced contract negotiations to finalization.

Conduct legal research and manage relationships with external counsel or outsourced providers.

Advise on data protection and privacy‑related agreements.

Support corporate governance and international operations using knowledge of Cyprus company law.

Act as the primary legal contact for internal departments (Product, Finance, Marketing), providing practical, business‑oriented advice.

Qualifications

Law degree, preferably from a common law jurisdiction.





3‑5 years of post‑qualification experience in a commercial environment.

Proven experience in the iGaming industry.

Native or professional‑level English (written and spoken).

Strong portfolio in commercial, regulatory, and finance‑related legal matters.

High commercial awareness and ability to provide solutions, comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, launch‑fast culture.
