Responsibilities

Drafting and/or reviewing all types of contracts with public and private entities (confidentiality agreements, service provision contracts, purchase and sale of machinery, general contracting conditions, among others). Preparing and revising legal documentation of different companies such as granting of powers and minutes of meetings. Resolving legal queries.

Monitoring and updating jurisprudential and regulatory developments (specifically, in the energy, environment, compliance sectors).



Requirements

Degree in Law. Master’s degree in compliance or law is valuable. Knowledge of commercial law (minutes, certifications, etc.) and M&A; operations, ability to negotiate agreements. Management and processing of guarantees. What We Offer
