PepsiCo is seeking an experienced Line Lead to drive the operational agenda for Can and RGB production cells at the Etxabarri-Ibiña (Vitoria-Gasteiz) plant. You will lead Production and Maintenance teams, champion safety, productivity and cost optimization, and foster a high-performance culture across the site.
The role requires strong people leadership, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to deliver sustainable business outcomes in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
