Opportunity for Quality Conformance Manager & Operational Surveillance within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

Responsibilities Participate and/or lead development and deployment projects for the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives in the Transport and Logistic area. Focus areas include:

Process performance and product adherence to standards

Reliability of processes

Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product

Audit inputs (internal and external)

Qualifications

Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline

Experience in Quality and/or Logistics

Knowledge of SAP, SIPLA and CAPRI

Non-conformities process knowledge

Root cause analysis and practical problem solving knowledge

Programming and artificial intelligence knowledge

Proactive and organized & structured

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Advanced level in English and Spanish

Strong customer orientation
