An opportunity for Quality Conformance Manager & Operational Surveillance has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

Responsibilities You will participate and /or lead development and deployment projects for the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives in the Transport and Logistic area.

Focus Areas

Process performance and product adherence to standards

Reliability of processes

Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.

Audit inputs (internal and external)

Skills

Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.

Experience in some of this areas: Quality and / or Logistics

SAP, SIPLA and CAPRI knowledge

Non-conformities process knowledge

Root cause analysis and Practical Problem Solving knowledge

Programming and Artificial Intelligence knowledge

Proactive person.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Organized & Structured.

Advanced level in English and Spanish.

Strong Customer orientation.
