Overview

As a Medical Affairs Operations Lead, you will be a strategic partner in the execution of integral launch preparations and clinical adoption activities for our medical solutions. Your focus will be on managing timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high‑impact medical projects in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. Responsibilities

Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of medical affairs activities, from resource identification and scheduling to budget monitoring and delivery. Partner with cross‑functional squads to facilitate the development of Integrated Evidence Plans and global launch strategies. Lead the planning and execution of global medical education programs, webinars, congresses, and advisory board events.

Manage content for digital platforms and newsletters to ensure effective dissemination of medical insights. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors for compliant and efficient handling of medical affairs initiatives. Oversee preparation and tracking of contracts and interactions with healthcare professionals and patients,



ensuring adherence to global quality and legal standards.

Drive efficiencies by sharing best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge exchange. Qualifications

Degree or advanced degree (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors. Proven expertise in project management; PMP certification or experience with agile methodologies is an advantage.

Track record of leading complex, cross‑functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority. Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to partner effectively across diverse regions, cultures, and time zones. Location
