Previous experience in event organization, hospitality, MICE and/or weddings
Strong organizational and operational coordination skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Attention to detail and guest-oriented mindset
Dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Team player mentality
Ability to multitask and stay highly organized
Fluent English is essential
German will be highly valued
Knowledge of hotel and commercial systems will be considered a plus
