Position Growth Manager – Integral AI Photo App

We are looking for a Growth Manager to help scale our user acquisition and growth strategy globally, driving creative campaigns that reach millions of users each month.

About Retake Retake is a cutting‑edge AI photo app that offers natural, real, effortless photo editing. With over 35 M downloads and a $40 M ARR, it is the fastest‑growing face‑editing app worldwide. Retake is part of Codeway Group, a leading European consumer app company.

Role As a Growth Manager at Codeway, you will own end‑to‑end campaign execution, data‑driven decision making, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale the brand and product.

What You’ll Do

Own end‑to‑end campaign execution, planning, launching, and optimising user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.

Drive creative testing, collaborating with designers and copywriters to develop ad concepts, test hypotheses, and scale high‑performing ideas.

Analyse, learn, and scale by building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and unlocking new growth opportunities based on data.

Collaborate across teams, partnering with product, design, and data to understand user behaviour and devise growth strategies.

Innovate fearlessly, experimenting with new channels, creative formats,



and campaign ideas.

Build global partnerships with ad platform partners and external agencies.

What You’ll Bring

Solid experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or paid media, ideally for mobile apps or consumer tech.

Strong knowledge of paid social platforms and campaign optimisation.

Analytical mindset, using data to guide creative and budget decisions.

Creative curiosity – love testing new ideas and discovering what resonates with audiences.

Collaborative energy – excellent communicator who thrives in fast‑moving, cross‑functional teams.

Optimization and AI curiosity – continuous drive to improve efficiency and interest in adopting AI tools to enhance workflow.

Fluent in English.
