Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative

Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

Content Moderator

Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.

Requirements

Language Skills

Multilingual

(C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).





Strong problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory.

EU Citizenship or Working VISA .

Willingness to relocate .
