LANDSCAPE & MASTERPLANNING RECRUITMENT 2026 Bofill Taller de Arquitectura is expanding its Landscape and Masterplanning team to support the development of large-scale international projects across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Africa. We are seeking talented landscape architects, urban designers and masterplanners capable of contributing to projects from early concept design through detailed design development and project delivery. This recruitment project is focused on identifying professionals with strong design sensibility, territorial understanding and environmental awareness, capable of integrating landscape, public realm, mobility, ecology and architecture into coherent and high-quality urban environments.

The adecuado candidates will combine creativity, technical knowledge and strategic thinking, contributing to projects across multiple scales, from territorial planning and urban strategies to public spaces, parks and detailed landscape interventions. Particular value will be given to candidates with experience in:

- Landscape architecture and masterplanning
- Urban design and public realm development
- Territorial planning and environmental strategies
- Mobility and pedestrian integration
- Topography and landform design
- Planting design and botanical knowledge
- Water management and sustainable drainage strategies
- Climate-responsive and environmental design
- Site analysis and landscape planning




- Graphic communication and presentation skills
- International project environments
- Multidisciplinary collaboration Knowledge of ecology, hydrology, irrigation systems, microclimate, solar exposure, site grading and landscape performance is highly valued. While BIM expertise is not mandatory, knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows is considered a significant advantage, as detailed project development within the studio is increasingly coordinated through BIM methodologies.

Experience with Rhino, GIS platforms, environmental analysis tools, visualization software and AI-assisted design workflows is also valued, as these skills often support design development and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Profiles of interest may include:
