People Business Partner - (Hybrid) We’re seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join our People Team in Barcelona (hybrid) to help define the broader talent strategy across multiple teams.

What you will do As a People Business Partner in the People Team you will be in charge of:

Partner with People Team Expertise Areas (PEAs) to co-create, and implement the HR agenda related to initiatives such as workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, performance management, compensation cycles and engagement programmes.

Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for all people‑related matters, developing strong partnerships with eDO leaders within your assigned business areas, proactively guiding and supporting their understanding and implementation of People Team strategies and initiatives using critical thinking to assess needs and recommend appropriate actions.

What you need to succeed

Experience working in mid‑sized organisations (approximately 500 to 1,000 employees), ideally within dynamic and fast‑paced environments.

Two years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner,



with a strong track record of partnering with HR centres of expertise (People Expertise Areas).

Demonstrated ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity.

Skilled in conflict resolution and driving change management initiatives.

Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Hands‑on experience delivering HR programmes across the full employee lifecycle.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into impactful actions.

Familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied in HR, such as those used for talent acquisition, engagement analysis, or performance management.
