What you will do

Partner with People Team Expertise Areas (PEAs) to co‑create and implement the HR agenda related to initiatives such as workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, performance management, compensation cycles and engagement programmes.

Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for all people‑related matters, developing strong partnerships with leaders in your assigned business areas and proactively guiding and supporting their understanding and implementation of People Team strategies and initiatives.

What you need to succeed





Experience working in mid‑sized organisations (approximately 500 to 1,000 employees) within dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong track record of partnering with HR centres of expertise.

Demonstrated ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity.

Skilled in conflict resolution and driving change‑management initiatives.

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Hands‑on experience delivering HR programmes across the full employee lifecycle.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into impactful actions.

Familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied in HR, such as those used for talent acquisition, engagement analysis or performance management.
