The successful candidate will technically lead automation initiatives and low-code applications and will be integrated into a team focused on hyperautomation and business solutions, participating in both the development and the definition of architectures and good practices within the Power Platform environment.#### Responsibilities* Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Platform.

Participate in the definition of architecture and governance of the platform.

Lead or coordinate developments within automation projects and low-code applications.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Contribute to establishing good practices, standards and platform evolution.### Your ProfileWe are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist with extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions, capable of providing technical leadership for automation and low-code initiatives.#### Must Have Skills* Over 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform in Enterprise environments* University degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar technological field* Professional level proficiency in Catalan for interaction with clients and teams#### Nice to Have Skills* Experience working with Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate,



and Dataverse* Ability to design end-to-end solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem* Previous experience coordinating developments or acting as a technical reference in projects* Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure, or integrations through APIs* Interest in process automation, AI agents, or low-code solutions* Experience with Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) and AI Builder* Current Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-600, and PL-200* Other certifications associated with Power Platform, Azure, or Dynamics 365* Proficiency in English for collaboration in international environments### About UsT-Systems is part of the Deutsche Telekom group, with around 30,000 employees worldwide.
