As you contemplate your future, you might be asking yourself, what’s the next step? Start your journey with us. We’re seeking an experienced Prime Business Analyst to join our Prime Team in Barcelona (hybrid) to help define the broader talent strategy across multiple teams.

What you will do The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks The Prime Business Analyst’s mission is to contribute to the Prime strategic roadmap with business insights, i.e. to generate business insights from data analysis so that they can translate into improvements for the program.

Execute key analyses, be the data entry point for the business team, and take ownership of the database from the business side. Understand the business needs, gather the data, and present the key insights: Contribute to the Prime strategic roadmap with numbers.

Elaborate business cases to support strategic product decisions (e.g., assessing adding more “benefits” to the program or profitability of a free trial).

Create dashboards and tracking: master internal Business Intelligence tools to contribute to monitoring and tracking of KPIs. Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to leverage internal data.

Contribute to the delivery of Prime strategic projects: support the business side to ensure progress and effective delivery of desired outcomes.

Collaborate with product and Marketing in the execution of projects, providing analytical and business support.

What you need to succeed

Good to have

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.).

1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in a role with a strong analytical component is a plus.

Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases and large data sets;

experience with Google DataStudio is required.





Advanced Office skills; strong experience with analytical tools, ideally with Google toolset (spreadsheets, Google Docs, etc.).

Strong analytical skills, fast learner, high attention to detail, and focus on results and productivity.

A self-starter and team player who enjoys collaboration.

Business Proficiency in English.
