As Design Leader at Docplanner, you shape the end-to-end experience for doctors and clinics, from practice tools to AI-assisted interactions. You’ll build and mentor a design team, partnering with engineering and product leadership to create simple, effective experiences used daily by healthcare professionals. You will engage with real users, translate insights into measurable improvements, and drive a human-centered, scalable design vision.

Lead design across the doctor and clinic experience, including practice management tools and AI-assisted interactions Build, mentor and shape a design team from the ground up Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership as a peer, ensuring user needs drive decisions
