Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire &
- Cable materials industry.

- Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing.

- Familiarity with Wire &

- Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes.

- Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills.

- Knowledge and networking withing the Wire &

- Cable industry.

- Willingness to travel, also abroad, to customers, trade shows and manufacturing sites.

The Role:

This role bridges technical, commercial, and strategic domains—working closely with R&D;, sales, marketing, and key players to drive growth within the Wire &

- Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of materials used in production within the Wire &
- Cable sector.





Main Tasks:

- Lead and implement the global Wire &
- Cable product strategy.

- Cross-functional collaboration with local and global sales and R&D; teams.

- Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify application opportunities.

- Monitor industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in the Wire &

- Cable space.

- Product expert in customer meetings.

- Coordinate the OEM co-operation across the general sales teams.

- Strategy development for the Wire &

- Cable R&D; teams.

- Support Marketing with product contents and technical collateral.
