Job Overview
You will lead complex, international railway signalling projects from early negotiation to successful handover, driving financial success and delivering cutting‑edge ERTMS and CTC systems. Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end execution of international projects, ensuring financial targets, quality standards and timelines. Drive contract negotiations, claim management and procurement strategies to optimise profitability. Build trust‑based relationships with global customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively while capturing new business opportunities. Empower and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver complex Mainline and Mass Transit solutions. Qualifications
2+ years managing projects within the railway signalling industry. Technical understanding of Interlocking (IL), ERTMS, and CTC systems.
Experience navigating international environments and collaborating with diverse global stakeholders. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and a degree in Engineering (or equivalent). Willingness to travel to international partners and sites. Preferred Experience
Experience with different grades of automation in mass transit systems. Benefits
