Responsibilities

Lead complex, international railway signaling projects from early negotiation to successful handover.

Ensure financial targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.

Drive contract negotiations, claim management, and procurement strategies to optimize project profitability and cash flow.

Build strong, trust‑based relationships with global customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively while capturing new business opportunities.

Empower and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver complex Mainline and Mass Transit solutions.

Qualifications

Solid background (2+ years) managing projects within the railway signaling industry.

Technical understanding of Interlocking (I/L), ERTMS, and Centralized Traffic Control (CTC) systems.

Proven experience navigating international environments and collaborating with diverse integral stakeholders.





Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to solve complex challenges effectively.

Fluency in English and a degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Willingness to travel and connect directly with our international partners and sites.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with different grades of automation in mass transit systems.
