A thriving manufacturer is looking for an experienced R&D; Manager – Aerosol Specialist to lead the development of innovative personal care products. If you’re passionate about formulation, technology, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of personal care products in aerosol formats including sprays, foams, and mousses.

Manage product lifecycle from concept, formulation, and testing through to industrialisation and launch.

Optimise formulations to ensure stability, performance, and outstanding sensory experience.

Ensure products meet all regulatory, safety, and technical compliance requirements.

Oversee stability, compatibility,



and safety testing programmes.

Collaborate with marketing, suppliers, and internal teams to drive innovation.

Mentor and develop R&D; team members, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.

Identify emerging trends, new ingredients, and cutting edge aerosol technology.

Candidate Requirements

Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field.

Extensive experience in personal care aerosol development and industrialisation.

Strong formulation, testing, and regulatory knowledge.

Effective leadership, problem solving, and cross functional collaboration skills.
