The Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking For MUST HAVE: own‑retail store experience

Profiles whose primary experience is key account/wholesale/B2B, or country managers without store operations ownership will NOT be considered.

15+ years of experience in Retail with significant own‑retail (direct‑operated stores) experience — candidates from pure wholesale or B2B backgrounds will not be considered.





Proven multi‑channel growth track record with strong understanding of retail drivers, operations, and customer experience.

Experienced leader of complex, cross‑functional teams with the ability to manage and scale commercial organizations.

Strategic thinker with strong execution, entrepreneurial mindset, and hands‑on approach.

Advanced analytical and negotiation skills, leveraging insights (Power BI, data sources) to drive decisions.

High organizational and project management capability from ideation to execution.

Inspirational, collaborative leader able to engage teams, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships.

Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese a strong plus)
