Role: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Barcelona (on-site 3 days/week)

Contract: Initial 6 month contract plus extensions

Senior-level Salesforce analyst role, stepping in to work on Salesforce implementation, configuration, or system optimisation.

What they're looking for:

- Setting up and refining Salesforce configuration — field design, data structure, system architecture
- Building process automation: flows, workflows, validation rules, anything that makes the system work smarter
- Managing user access, permissions, and data governance to keep things secure and clean
- Creating and optimising reporting and dashboards so the business can actually see what's happening
- Light customisation work where needed — you're comfortable using Salesforce's tools to build solutions, not a developer but definitely hands-on
- Jumping in quickly and owning pieces of work independently — minimal hand-holding needed
- Collaborating with the team and stakeholders — understanding what they need, feeding back on what's realistic, pushing back when something doesn't make sense
- Acting as the bridge between what the business wants and what Salesforce can deliver
