Security Architect – SoC Security / Root of Trust / RTL Design We are currently partnering with an innovative semiconductor company developing next‑generation processor and SoC technologies. As part of the continued growth of their hardware security team, they are looking to hire an experienced Security Architect to define and implement secure silicon architectures for advanced SoC platforms.

This is a highly technical, hands‑on position focused on hardware Root of Trust, secure boot, cryptographic IP, and silicon security. You will play a key role in defining security architecture, translating security requirements into RTL implementations, and driving hardware vulnerability analysis across the full product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Define hardware security architecture for advanced SoC and processor platforms

Own the design and implementation of Hardware Root of Trust (RoT), secure boot, secure key storage, and cryptographic IP integration

Translate high‑level security requirements into RTL and microarchitecture implementations

Lead hardware vulnerability analysis, triage, and mitigation across both pre‑silicon and production devices

Key requirements





Proven expertise developing RTL using SystemVerilog or Verilog

Deep understanding of modern SoC security architectures including Hardware Root of Trust, Secure Boot, Secure Elements, secure key management, and hardware/software trust boundaries

Experience defining security architecture and implementing hardware security features at RTL level
