About the Role We're looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer to join a leading semiconductor business. In this role, you'll design, develop, and optimise embedded firmware for cutting‑edge hardware, working close to the silicon on performance‑critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain firmware using Embedded C for semiconductor products.

Design and implement solutions on RTOS (Real‑Time Operating System) platforms.

Work closely with hardware and design teams to bring new products from concept to production.

Debug, test, and optimise firmware for reliability, performance, and low‑level hardware control.

Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers.

What You'll Need





Strong hands‑on experience with Embedded C development.

Proven expertise working with RTOS environments.

Solid understanding of low‑level hardware, microcontrollers, and communication protocols.

Background in a high‑tech industry.

A problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work in a collaborative engineering team.
