Overview In this role you will be the main service contact for a portfolio of Global Payments Solutions clients, ensuring a superior experience across local and global touchpoints. You will protect and grow revenue by retaining and expanding client relationships with multinational corporations and local corporates. You’ll manage liquidity and cash management needs, address complex service queries, and identify opportunities to deliver service excellence while mitigating risks.

This is a client‑facing, relationship‑driven position that plays a pivotal role in cross‑border cash management delivery and revenue retention within HSBC’s Global Payments Solutions team.
