Role Overview
Join Zurich’s AI team as a Senior Business Analyst in ServiZurich, Barcelona.
Your role is to embed AI solutions into business processes, bridging the gap between business knowledge and AI capability to deliver faster, more consistent risk decisions. Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis Collaborate with business teams to translate their needs into clear data specifications. Work with international stakeholders to adapt AI solutions, configurations, prompts, and data schemas for country‑specific requirements. Support new implementations of AI solution features.
Maintain and extend data schemas to capture all relevant data required by business teams. Model & Data Performance Monitor and evaluate the accuracy and business impact of AI models. Work with data teams to improve data quality, enrichment processes, and feature engineering for AI models.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring AI use aligns with Zurich’s Responsible AI principles. Collaboration & Change Enablement Act as a bridge between business, data, and IT to ensure consistent understanding of AI outputs and use cases. Provide training and guidance to users on leveraging AI capabilities effectively.

Zurich’s AI adoption strategy and contribute to global best practices.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Financial Services, Business Analytics, or related discipline. 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Insurance Operations, or Data Analyst. Passion for AI enablement with hands‑on exploratory experience with LLMs or AI‑driven platforms.
Proven structured business, data analysis, and problem‑solving skills with strong business acumen.
Hands‑on, open‑mind, and solution‑oriented; willing to test, learn, and iterate quickly. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Proficiency in English; additional language(s) a plus.
Desirable
Skills and Experience Familiarity with insurance products and business processes.
Experience in data integration, API workflows, or data engineering concepts.
Experience with process automation.
