About this Role We are seeking a Business Analyst who will contribute to business change initiatives by researching, analysing, and documenting requirements to support the delivery of effective and feasible solutions. The individual will partner closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into user stories, and support cross‑functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What you’ll do
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed requirements for new or evolving products, services, and processes.
Convert functional and non‑functional specifications into clear, structured user stories for the product backlog.
Define and compile business requirements to support a wide range of change initiatives.
Collaborate with Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams throughout the lifecycle of each user story by clarifying requirements and supporting solution understanding.
Ensure proposed solutions align with system structures, operational processes, and broader organisational goals.
Contribute to maintaining quality standards by validating requirements for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility.
