Responsibilities

Supplier onboarding

Conducting on-site social compliance audits of suppliers and manufacturing partners

Assessing supplier compliance with the LVMH Code of Conduct

Identifying potential risks within the supply chain and documenting irregularities

Analyzing risk patterns and trends across the supply chain

Developing and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in collaboration with other departments

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Auditor in an international audit firm

Certification: certified by recognized auditing bodies (e.g: SA8000, SMETA, APSCA)

Knowledge of labor legislation and human rights regulations

Ethical judgment, risk assessment, data verification,



and compliance evaluation across social, environmental, and governance areas

C1 level of English and Spanish

Willingness to travel
