Rituals is seeking a Sr. Team Lead HR Operations Iberia to drive high-quality HR execution and build a more efficient HR function across Iberia. You will lead the HR Operations team, oversee core HR processes and partner with managers across Head Office, Wholesale and Retail populations.
This role combines operational excellence with people leadership, taking ownership, building trust, and delivering impact through structure, delivery and team development. Fluency in English is required.
