Talent Sourcing

Use your creativity to find and engage with top Sales and Recruiters through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels. Candidate Interviews:

Lead initial interviews and engaging conversations to identify candidates who have the skills and passion we are looking for. Candidate Experience:

Ensure every candidate has a positive experience with us by being their go-to contact and keeping communication open and friendly. Data quality:

Keep our database up to date by keeping candidates information updated.



Qualifications

Great communication skills—you love talking to people and building relationships. Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and solving problems. Passionate about delivering an outstanding work quality. A true team player who enjoys collaborating with others. Native French and fluent in English and / or Spanish. What's in it for you

Package: Fixed salary + uncapped commissions. Work Environment: Join our dynamic team of 5, where creativity, diversity, and collaboration are valued. Location: Barcelona, city centre. Remote: Up to 2 days/week.
