About the team The EMEA Talent Acquisition Team at Eaton is dedicated to acquiring the best possible talents within the EMEA market. It is a diverse and inclusive group of around 30 people based in Eaton locations across EMEA. The team supports Eaton in developing efficient, sustainable power management solutions that meet the ever‑changing needs of the world.

What you’ll do

You will support recruiting activities for Eaton in the EMEA region, initially focusing on Spain. The role requires the consultant to be able to travel to the Zaragoza area when required. You will utilize all recruiting and assessment tools to proactively identify, screen, and assess talented candidates based on the Eaton leadership model.

You will interface with HR and hiring managers on current openings and long‑range talent strategies, monitor and drive hiring metrics, and conduct searches using various resources.

Your main responsibilities

Conduct extensive internet and database searches to generate candidates for open vacancies and mid‑ to long‑term projects, using proactive cold‑recruiting methods to identify passive talent.

Conduct phone interviews and contact potential candidates generated through research, cold calling, and customized marketing plans, as well as internal systems.

Maintain the accuracy of the complete hiring process within the system.





Provide high‑quality customer service to internal and external clients.

Advocate the staffing model internally at all levels of the organization.

Address, react to, and resolve unusual or sensitive issues with industry and company knowledge.

Manage outside third‑party vendors, ensuring consistent adherence to hiring processes and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

Ideally you will hold a degree or be equivalently qualified and have relevant experience in recruitment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Skills

Proven track record of delivering relevant candidates for critical projects or roles, ideally in engineering, field service engineering, or similar industries.

Strong customer service skills for internal and external clients.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Excellent problem‑solving skills.

Team‑player in an environment where duties can be shared.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under deadlines.

Knowledge of Talent Acquisition technologies as research and recruiting tools, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with SAP, 8Fold, or other ATS is an advantage.

Hybrid working available; remote work with required visits to site.
