About the job

The position is part of the Group Legal team and works closely with IT, Security, People and our parent company Telefónica.



The role is based in Madrid -Spain

Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for the operational implementation of data protection requirements across the BE-terna Group and act as the main interface to the external Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- Develop and maintain key data protection processes (e.g., DPIAs, data breach management, records of processing activities)
- Advise management and business units on data protection requirements and risks
- Support audits and ensure the implementation of resulting measures
- Coordinate selected compliance topics and contribute to the development of a group-wide compliance framework
- Align with key stakeholders (Legal, HR, Finance, IT, Telefónica) and support risk assessments and awareness initiatives
