Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)

Your mission
As an Administration & Finance Intern, you’ll be part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll support operational, management, and organizational tasks, helping make day-to-day work more efficient and ensuring administrative processes run like clockwork.
You won’t just be “behind a desk”:



you’ll take part in process improvements, gain exposure to different business areas, and see how your contributions create real impact.
What you’ll do
- Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and suppliers.
- Manage documentation and files (both physical and digital), ensuring everything is up to date.
- Update spreadsheets and databases (yes, Excel and Google Sheets will be your allies).
- Keep track of office inventory and coordinate orders with our partners.
- Support budgeting, expenses, purchasing, and invoicing within the administrative area.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other logistical arrangements for the team.
- Assist in organizing meetings, internal activities, and small events.
- Participate in the optimization of administrative processes and compliance policies.
