As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth across world-renowned destinations including Pacha Ibiza and Destino Five Ibiza, while contributing to the international expansion of the brand, including the launch of Pacha NYC.
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive revenue, bookings, ticket sales and brand growth.
Plan, manage and optimize campaigns across paid media, CRM, email marketing, social media and partnerships.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROAS.
Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships and campaign delivery across multiple channels and stakeholders.
Oversee analytics,



tracking and conversion measurement to ensure accurate reporting and performance optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams, promoters, artists and external partners to deliver successful marketing campaigns and brand experiences.
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, within nightlife, events, entertainment, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
~ Proven track record of driving revenue, ticket sales, bookings and audience growth through digital marketing campaigns.
~ Strong hands‑on experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and CRM/email marketing tools.
~ Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
~ Fluent English communication skills; Personally settled on Ibiza island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
