Your role
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent,



you'll support customers and help create a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
- Answering questions and solving problems
- Providing information about products and services
- Handling customer requests efficiently and professionally
- Working with internal systems and digital tools
- Collaborating with colleagues from all over Europe

Requirements
- Speak fluent Dutch
- Have a good level of English
- Enjoy helping people
- Are communicative and solution-oriented
- Are excited about living abroad
- Enjoy working in an international environment

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but motivation and personality are equally important.
