Position Summary
Our jobs aren’t just about being your typical Bell stand/Door Attendant. We aim to build an experience that is memorable and unique from the first hello to the last goodbye. The Bell Stand/Door Attendant takes the initiative to tailor their approach by reading cues from each guest to determine the best way to engage them. Whether greeting guests, assisting with luggage, or ensuring guests have what they need to reach their desired location, the Bell Stand/Door Attendant makes transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with luggage and transportation needs inside and outside the hotel.
- Engage guests in a manner that enhances the guest experience and aligns with brand standards.




- Maintain safe, professional, and confidential handling of guest information; comply with quality assurance standards and protect company assets.
- Remain on their feet and move throughout the shift; perform tasks that may include moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: None required.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- License or Certification: None
