Description
- Lead and develop the Iberian organization by providing clear direction, structure, and inspiration to the team.
- Ability to lead and grow local teams.
- Drive business growth by overseeing sales activities and closing strategic transactions.
- Sign and approve commercial agreements and key deals.
- Manage and develop channel partners, particularly during the initial phases of growth.
- Execute and deploy the business plan, contributing market insights and adaptations as needed.




- Ensure the strategy is well adopted by the team and effectively translated into measurable results.
- Leverage existing business foundations and further develop the commercial base.
- Build a strong local management presence and act as the primary representative of the company in Iberia.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team across sales, operations, and support functions.
- Services delivered across the Iberian territory, with a hybrid model combining internal teams and partners.

Who Are We Looking For (M/F/D)?
- Proven experience in senior leadership or country management roles.
- Strong background in IT services, maintenance, support, or lifecycle services.
- Experience working in B2B environments; experience in industrial sectors is also valued (e.g., IT services, maintenance, defense, aerospace, networks, distribution, or specialized OEM maintenance).
