Role Descriptions
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Consultant to manage and deliver Germany Employer of Record (EOR) and Global Payroll Outsourcing (GPO) services. This role is highly client‑facing and requires strong operational expertise, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring compliant, timely,
and high‑quality payroll and employment services while maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operations
- Manage end‑to‑end EOR and GPO service delivery, including payroll, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle administration in EU.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with labour law, tax, and social security regulations in EU.
- Coordinate with internal payroll, HR, finance, and external vendors (e.g. tax advisors, authorities).
- Proactively identify and resolve payroll, compliance, and operational issues before they escalate.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Provide clear, confident guidance to clients on Germany employment, payroll, and compliance matters.
