Renowned shipping company located in Barcelona is looking for a Trade Steering Specialist.

Responsibilities Responsible for optimization of vessel/voyage across all trades, including utilization of feeders and shuttles, revision of sailings and schedules and its related reports. Responsible for all operational related matters across all trades. Responsible for equipment monitoring for the Area including forecasting and priorities assignation. Responsible for Commercial steering related reporting for the duly monitoring of incoming booking, vessel scheduling, market rates. Daily activity with the Team to increase profitability on the vessels with cargo mix optimization. Work with Trade Steering and BI to recognize new service and growth opportunities including target the most attractive business based on equipment imbalances.



Ensure that the Knowledge Base files are always reviewed and updated to reflect latest commercial and operational guidance. Alignment on team relevant topics with all stakeholders.

Qualifications Logistics and Transportation Degree or similar. 3 years of experience in the same or similar position.
