Arttalo Tech , we are looking for a talented professional to join our international language project management team. English speakers who are interested in building a career in an international environment. We welcome candidates with experience in project coordination, administration, operations, customer support, or translation and localization, although previous experience in the language industry is not strictly required. As part of your day‑to‑day work, you will collaborate with international teams and external language providers while helping ensure the successful delivery of multilingual projects.

A basic to intermediate level of Spanish is desirable to facilitate communication within the local work environment. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage translation projects with freelance linguists and external vendors. Prepare, distribute, and receive project work packages for multilingual projects. Verify folder structures, project documentation, and deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Perform basic quality checks and content validations prior to delivery. Monitor deadlines, priorities, and project status to ensure timely completion. Facilitate communication between external vendors and internal teams.





Provide administrative and operational support for the day‑to‑day management of projects. Contribute to process improvements, methodologies, and quality standards. What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Native proficiency in U.S. English (mandatory requirement). Basic to intermediate Spanish proficiency. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in collaborative and multicultural environments. Interest in international business, languages, and cross-cultural communication.

Qualifications

Experience in translation project management, localization, content operations, or document management. Knowledge of additional languages. Previous experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, or international teams. Experience working with content, products, or services targeted to the U.S. market.
