What you’ll do
- Support the People & Culture team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in the recruitment process: post vacancies, screen CVs, communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding: prepare documentation and coordinate new starters’ first day.
- Collect and prepare employee documentation, ensuring personnel files are complete and up to date.
- Maintain employee information in the HRIS (Factorial/Workplace).
- Answer basic HR‑related queries or direct employees to the appropriate point of contact.
- Assist with organisation and allocation of employee lockers.
- Support the organisation of employee engagement activities, internal events, and People & Culture initiatives.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture department and assist with ongoing HR projects.

Requisitos
- Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Potential to sign an agreement with the school for a period of approximately six months.




- Ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ownership of important issues, problem‑solving skills, and effective decision‑making.
- Quick learning ability and adaptability to SLS’s unique culture.
- Humility, openness to ideas, and a willingness to experiment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, an open mind, and a passion for challenges.
