Purpose
The role, with an important Fintech component,



forms a key part of the Legal team in managing and advising on risk and legal liability for the group, as a Travel Tech Company, to ensure we achieve the strong growth plans of the group.
Responsibilities
- To assist Fintech/Insurtech Team with the set-up and implementation of Fintech/Insurtech initiatives according to the roadmap, ensuring effective development of strategic projects.
- To advise Fintech/Insurtech Team on their day-to-day business decisions, reviewing contracts from a commercial perspective as well as considering the regulatory framework worldwide, providing preventive counselling on the legal requirements, identifying, monitoring and advising upon legal risks within the area.
- Legal assistance to the Fintech/Insurtech Team on the risks of new initiatives from a commercial and regulatory perspective. Monitoring of new regulations and impact on HBX activities.
