About The Role We are seeking an experienced Facilities Specialist to lead maintenance activities across our semiconductor manufacturing operations at two separate locations within Tenerife island. This role is responsible for defining and executing maintenance strategies, developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, improving equipment reliability, and providing technical leadership to maintenance technicians. Establish maintenance best practices and standard operating procedures
Develop, implement and continuously improve preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs
Define maintenance schedules,



task frequencies, spare parts requirements and resource allocation
Drive equipment reliability initiatives through data analysis and failure prevention methodologies
Manage equipment lifecycle strategies, including obsolescence and replacement planning
Carry out the monitoring and execution of statutory maintenance inspections (OCA)
Ensure maintenance procedures comply with cleanroom requirements and semiconductor industry standards
Promote a strong safety and quality culture within maintenance operations
Ensure good warehouse management practices within the company
Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO9001:2015 standards
Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in any type of technical engineering (Industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronics) or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance leadership.
