Role Overview
We are looking for a German-Speaking Onboarding Account Manager to support new business clients during their initial setup and integration phase.
In this role, you will guide clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth activation process, strong product adoption, and a positive first experience. You will play a key role in building long-term client relationships from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new German-speaking clients
- Guide customers through account setup and platform activation
- Provide training and product education to ensure successful adoption
- Identify early optimization opportunities during onboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Monitor onboarding KPIs and ensure timely completion




- Build strong foundations for long-term customer success

Requirements
- Native or fluent German (C1–C2 level)
- Good command of English
- 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Onboarding, Customer Success, or Sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Eligible to work in Spain
