Duties and Responsibilities
About the role: The new Legal Intern will support the Legal team by providing legal assistance to the Southern Region, mainly covering Spain, Portugal and Israel.
- Review, draft and support the preparation of commercial contracts, NDAs and related legal documentation.
- Assist in contract management processes, including coordination with internal stakeholders (finance, compliance, data privacy).




- Provide day‑to‑day legal support to the business teams in the Southern Region under supervision of the Legal Counsel Group.
- Support internal legal processes and documentation.
- Contribute to legal projects and ongoing initiatives led by the Group Legal team.

Qualifications and Experience
About you
- Previous internship or academic experience in commercial law, contract law, or corporate law.
- Exposure to drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, NDAs, or agreements (even at academic level).
- Initial experience or strong familiarity with contract management processes and legal documentation workflows.
- Familiarity with legal research and analysis to support business‑related legal questions.
- Participation in legal projects, clinics, or case studies during studies or prior internships.
